    Introduction

The Infinix Note 10 Pro is one of those smartphones that immediately catches your eye — a true looker with powerful internals designed for gaming and smooth everyday use. Having tried several budget phones over the years, I can confidently say that Infinix has truly stepped up its game with this latest smartphone. Priced around PKR 37,999, it delivers solid specifications that rival even big competitors like Xiaomi and Realme, which often dominate the market share in India and Pakistan.

Running on the MediaTek Helio G95 processor with 8GB RAM, the Note 10 Pro offers fluid performance and impressive visuals on its large 6.95-inch display with a 90Hz refresh rate. Its sleek design gives it a premium feel, and it clearly aims to attract people looking for value without compromise. Even though the sub-Rs. 20,000 segment in India is crowded with options like the Redmi Note 10 Pro Max and Realme 8, this phone manages to stand out. From my experience, it’s the Infinix model that finally gives Indian buyers a reason to look beyond the usual names and appreciate what Infinix brings to the table.

    Infinix Note 10 Pro Design

When I first held the Infinix Note 10 Pro, I was impressed by how premium it felt for its price. It’s easily one of the best looking Infinix smartphones so far. The design seems inspired by popular models like the Realme X7 Pro, Reno 6 Pro, and Vivo 20 Pro, yet it brings a refreshing change to the lineup. The plastic frames and curved sides give it a sleek and comfortable grip, while the iridescent finish on the rear panel adds a touch of style — quite similar to what you’d find on latest Vivo smartphones. I also like how the matte finish keeps dust and fingerprints away, unlike most plastic panels or glassy panels on other smartphones.

    Display and Handling Experience

At the back, the quad-camera module sits neatly at the top-left, not like some sticky object forced into place. Thankfully, Infinix didn’t do a shoddy job here. The huge 6.95-inch display gives the Infinix Note 10 Pro a tablet or phablet-like vibe but remains easy to handle. Thanks to its curved edges, one-hand operations feel natural, though users with small palms might find reaching the top of the smartphone with their thumb a bit tricky. Personally, I loved how the large display made watching movies, web series, and gaming more enjoyable. The slim bezels around the corners enhance the viewing experience, though the bottom part is slightly thicker.

    Practical Build and Everyday Use

On the top centre, you’ll find a small camera hole for selfies, along with a front-facing flash and earpiece that blend nicely into the design. The front camera delivers decent quality, and the side-mounted fingerprint scanner also works as a power button, making unlocking quick and smooth. Just above it are the volume rockers, and I never faced any hassles while pressing the power buttons or volume buttons with one hand.

The flat bottom houses a 3.5mm jack, speaker grilles, and a USB Type-C port, while the top stays blank, giving it a clean finish. Despite being a huge phone, the Note 10 Pro maintains a slim profile with a good grip. The smartphone even includes a silicone cover in the box, though I swapped mine for a fancy cover I found in the market, just to add personality and prevent it from slipping out of my hand.

    Infinix Note 10 Pro Performance

Smooth Performance for Gaming and Daily Use

The Infinix Note 10 Pro is a smartphone built for gaming and heavy usage, powered by the MediaTek Helio G95 SoC and 8GB RAM, which makes multitasking feel effortless. Even compared to other mid-rangers like Redmi Note 10S, Realme 8, and Poco X3 with the same processor, the Note 10 Pro stands out thanks to its 8GB RAM variant, offering better performance than typical 6GB RAM phones in its price range.

During my experience using it for a couple of days, switching between apps or doing basic stuff never caused lag, and even demanding games ran smoothly. The display also enhances the experience, with sharp visuals, wide viewing angles, and excellent visibility under direct sunlight, making movies or games more enjoyable.

    Battery, Responsiveness, and Practical Features

The 90Hz display ensures everything feels fast, and unlocking the phone happens in less than a nanosecond, making everyday use smooth and seamless. However, the pre-loaded apps can feel unnecessary and unwanted, with notifications sometimes cluttering the notifications panel, although users do get the option to remove some unwanted ones. For gaming, I tried Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), and the phone handled playing well, with minor heat up after around 30 minutes.

The battery is 5000mAh, supported by a 33W charger, lasting up to two days on a single charge, with the fast charger able to reach 50 per cent in just 30 minutes and completely refill in about one and a half hours. Overall, the Infinix Note 10 Pro provides a balanced mix of performance, battery life, and practical features that suit both gamers and everyday users.

    Infinix Note 10 Pro Camera

    Stunning Camera Setup

Using the Infinix Note 10 Pro has been an exciting experience, especially exploring its rectangular camera island that holds four camera sensors. The 64-megapixel primary camera, 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle, and 2-megapixel depth sensor work together beautifully to deliver detailed images in daytime. I loved how the front 16-megapixel camera with flash captures selfies that are sharp, crisp, and not oversaturated. Even with a 10x zoom, I could capture detail, zoom in, and read text from a faraway distance, which made taking photos simple and enjoyable.

    Macro and Close-Up Shots

The macro sensor really impressed me. Photographing clichéd flower pictures, I could see the stamen and pistil brilliantly without any muddy or grainy results, even when moving the camera close to the object. Of course, stability is important—you need to hold the device firmly, maintain focus, and ensure your hands don’t shake, otherwise you might lose the picture. It felt like a first for me using an Infinix device that got the macro camera right and made close-up photography fun.

    Low-Light and Night Performance

Low-light performance is a bit tricky. Performance deteriorates when there’s light not enough, like in a room with inadequate lighting. Saturated images or bad quality pictures can appear even with the flash. Thankfully, the dedicated Super Night mode produces a bright photo in really low light, though the special mode requires holding the camera in the same position for 4-5 seconds, which can be challenging when trying to capture a shooting star—you might lose sight before brightening is complete. The selfie camera does well in daylight, but in low-light segues, unwanted light can affect your face, highlighting pores you might want to hide.

Infinix Note 10 Pro: Should You Buy It?

If you are looking for a charming device with impressive specifications, the Infinix Note 10 Pro might catch your attention. Its huge screen offers a great viewing experience whether you are watching movies, streaming web series, or trying to play games, though the size might not be perfect for pockets or a tiny purse. Under the hood, the 8GB RAM paired with the Meditek Helio Processor ensures smooth performance and a lag-free experience.

The camera performance is good in daytime conditions, with an impressive macro sensor that can capture minute detail, though low-light performance is pretty average. Considering its powerful specs and PKR 37,999, it competes well with devices like the Poco X3 and the new Realme Narzo 30 series, offering a viable alternative to phones like the Huawei Y7 Prime if you want cheaper options without compromising on features.
